Cape Wild Food Walk, with Loubie Rusch

Join author and Cape Floristic Region wild foods expert Loubie Rusch, in discovering the local indigenous food plants that grow at the Sustainability Institute in Lynedoch.
We will seek them out on our Campus' food and ornamental gardens, in our innovative field trials and in the woodland thicket.
You will hear about how to use them, which you can get hold of to grow and cook with at home, and sample wild food tasters prepared by our Green Cafe.
A minimum of 10 people needed for this event to take place.
