Our gardening team has transformed an old paddock into a thriving food garden, cultivating nutrient-rich produce using regenerative techniques. Free from inorganic pesticides or artificial fertilisers, the garden's health is bolstered with compost and natural sprays, supplying fresh herbs, fruits, and vegetables to our restaurants and is for sale at the Cowshed Shop.

Visit our garden daily from 9am until sunset, where each season brings new colours and flavours. Our knowledgeable gardeners are happy to share gardening tips and insights into organic growing.
